Klaus M. Brisch
Klaus M. Brisch, LL.M. (USA), is partner and Global Head of Technology
of the international law firm DWF. He is a specialist lawyer for
information technology law and advises national and international
companies on complex, innovative technology projects. His expertise
includes the areas of Industry 4.0, Autonomous Driving, Artificial
Intelligence, Robotics, 3D Printing and Wearables. Klaus advises on
compliance issues at every stage of the product or service life cycle,
from the early development phase to market introduction. He also
supports IT and cyber security as well as data economy issues (data
protection and data analytics, the data value chain). He specializes in
IT outsourcing and technology-based transactions and advises on software
and hardware contracts as well as the development of eCommerce
platforms. He represents the World Trade Center Los Angeles (WTCLA) and
the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC) in
Germany and is a member of the Advisory Board of the German American
Business Association (GABA). Klaus is a member of the Advisory Board for
